长链非编码RNA (LncRNA)是一类无蛋白质编码功能的RNA分子.越来越多的证据表明,LncRNA主要通过在转录、转录后以及表观遗传水平参与基因的表达调控,并以此影响肿瘤细胞的增殖、凋亡、侵袭及转移等过程,与肿瘤发生、发展的病理生理机制及患者预后密切相关.LncRNA在人类恶性肿瘤的进展中起着非常重要的作用,但是在消化系统肿瘤的机制并不是十分确切.文章就LncRNA在消化道肿瘤中的最新的研究结果进行综述.“,”Long-stranded non-coding RNA (LncRNA) is a class of RNA molecules with a length of 200 to 100,000 nucleotides and no protein-coding function.More and more evidence shows that LncRNA is mainly involved in the regulation of gene expression after transcription,transcription and epigenetic level,and thus affect the proliferation,apoptosis,invasion and metastasis of tumor cells,and the occurrence of tumor,Development of the pathophysiology and prognosis of patients is closely related.LncRNA plays a very important role in the progression of human malignancies,but the mechanism in the study of digestive system tumors is not very precise.In this paper,the latest LncRNA in digestive tract tumors in the research results to be reviewed.
