竞技体育标明了一个国家政治经济文化发展水平的高低,但根据我国的国情,要使体育事业在较短时期内得到迅猛发展,那么只有采取有效的改革措施,尤其是在目前的改革大潮中更应如此。所以只有采取大胆改革,才能使我国的体育事业得到蓬勃发展。笔者认为要从组建专业队、创建俱乐部形式、打破旧框架、敢于革新、权利要下方等方面进行革新。
