随着社会经济的发展以及科学技术的不断进步,我国各行各业都取得了非常大的进步,煤矿产业也是如此。但就现阶段来说,我国大多数的国有大型煤矿受传统因素影响较为明显,导致人力资源管理制度仍旧存在着一定的不足,有待进一步优化与改革。在国有大型煤矿不断发展、壮大的过程中,建立健全一个原则为市场经济体制的内部运行机制显得尤为重要。只有确保人力资源管理制度具有完善性、科学性,才能实现人力资源的优化、合理配置。本篇论文主要对煤矿人力资源管理制度和环境问题进行了分析与研究,以供参考。
With the social and economic development and the continuous improvement of science and technology, all walks of life in our country have made very great progress. The same is true for the coal mining industry. However, at this stage, the majority of state-owned large-scale coal mines in China are obviously affected by the traditional factors, leading to some shortcomings in the human resources management system yet to be further optimized and reformed. In the continuous development and expansion of the state-owned large-scale coal mines, it is particularly important to establish and improve an internal operation mechanism of the principle of a market economy. Only by ensuring human resource management system is perfect and scientific can human resources be optimized and rationally allocated. This paper mainly analyzes and studies the coal mine human resources management system and environmental problems for reference.
