我们研制了以新鲜梅花鹿胎盘为主要成份的保健品梅花鹿宫精Ⅱ号,用以提高人体的运动能力,共检测了11项与运动及疲劳有关的生化指标,即肌酸激酶(CK)、肌酸激酶同功酶(CK-MB)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、α-羟丁酸脱氢酶(α-HB-DH)、谷草转氨酶(GOT)、谷丙转氨酶(GPT)、异柠檬酸脱氢酶(ICDH)、血清葡萄糖(GLU)、谷草转氨酶/谷丙转氨酶(GO/GP)肌酸(GRE)乳酸(Lactate),结果有4项指标出现有意义的变化,GPT变化为服药1天后,给药组GPT活性比对照组提高120.97%(P<0.01),服药5天后,给药组GPT活性比对照组提高123.96%(P<0.01),ICDH变化为,服药1天后给药组ICDH活性比对照组提高59.01%(P<0.05),服药5天后,ICDH活性比对照组提高53.83%(P<0.05);CK的变化为服药5天后,给药组CK活性比对照组提高40.78%(P<0.05);血清葡萄糖浓度变化为服药1天后,给药组血清葡萄糖比对照组提高42.07%(P<0.01),服药5天后,给药组血清葡萄糖比对照组提高43.37%(P<0.01)。
