以废旧聚苯乙烯泡沫板为成球材料,采用微封装法制备了具有高附加值的聚苯乙烯空心微球。考察了水油相质量比、第1次和第2次乳化搅拌速度、第一水相中乳化剂浓度和油相中聚苯乙烯浓度对聚苯乙烯空心微球振实密度及平均直径的影响。在此基础上,制备出最低振实密度为0.11g/cm3、粒径为75~646μm的不同平均直径的聚苯乙烯空心微球。最后简要介绍了放大试验,并探讨了放大工艺中所用试剂的回收利用工艺,试验结果为该方法的工业化提供了数据支持。
Polystyrene hollow microspheres with high added value were prepared by micro-encapsulation method using waste polystyrene foam board as the ball material. The effects of mass ratio of water to oil phase, the first and second emulsion agitation speed, the emulsifier concentration in the first aqueous phase and the polystyrene concentration in the oil phase on the tap density and average diameter of polystyrene hollow microspheres . On this basis, polystyrene hollow microspheres with different average diameters with the lowest tap density of 0.11g / cm3 and the particle size of 75 ~ 646μm were prepared. Finally, the amplification test is briefly introduced, and the recycling technology of reagents used in the amplification process is discussed. The experimental results provide data support for the industrialization of this method.
