Based on the intermolecular electrostatic interaction, osmium-polyvinylpyridine complex (PVP-Os) and horseradish peroxidase (HRP) were alternately deposited on the surface of solid substrate to prepare molecular multilayer films containing biological components. The intermolecular polymer molecules play a dual role of adhesion and electrical conductivity.The assembly process of the quartz substrate is tracked by UV-Vis spectroscopy, and the electrocatalytic reduction of hydrogen peroxide by the multi-layer electrode is studied.
