以小白鼠翻正反射消失3分钟以上为指标,研究盐酸异丙嗪20mg/kg与安眠酮合并应用的效果,并以概率和法及Loewe的等效线法进行分析,结果表明概率和法比较灵敏。从Q值及剂量效应线可以看出,盐酸异丙嗪与安眠酮二者之间的关系是随安眠酮的剂量而定,大剂量时协同,而小剂量时拮抗。
