犬尿氨酸(Kynurenine,简称Kr.)是色氨酸的一种降解代谢产物,将其给小鼠或青蛙脑室注射或给乳大鼠腹腔注射可引起惊厥发作。因而有人提出犬尿氨酸和其代谢产物可能与癫痫发作有关。兹简述如下。
