胜任力理论的起源,是首先从心理学关于的“能力”的实证开始的,随后才应用于企业方面,尤其是应用在人力资源方面。本文结合实际情况对企业人力资源管理进行了理论探讨。
The origin of competency theory begins with the empirical evidence of psychology about “ability ”, and then applies to the enterprise, especially in terms of human resources. This article has carried on the theory discussion to the enterprise human resources management according to the actual situation.
