1991年9月9日是我所成立30周年纪念日。喜庆之日来临之际,有百余个单位和几十位领导和各界朋友来函、来电等向我所表示祝贺。祝贺我所30年来各项工作取得了长足的进步,为凿岩机械气动工具行业奠定了较雄厚的科研基础,做了大量的专业共性技术基础工作,并提供了有效的服务;感谢我所为推进行业科技进步做出了贡献;预祝我所在新的历史阶段有新的和更卓有成效的发展。这些诚挚的祝贺和良好的祝愿极大地鼓舞和鞭策了我所全体职工。大家一致认为,30年来我们初建沈阳后迁天水,与行业各厂和各友好单位结下了好比鱼
