全国凿岩机械气动工具标准化技术委员会(以下简称“标委会”)成立大会暨一届一次工作会议于1991年1月15日在北京召开,参加会议的有国家技术监督局,机械电子工业部科技司、工程农机司,铁道部,航空航天部,地质矿产部,能源部和行业主要生产厂的特邀代表,标委会委员及联络员共27个单位的34名代表。成立大会由机电部工程农机司孙庆瑞副处长主持。他首先宣读了国家技术监督局技监局标发(90)220号文《关于批准成立“全国凿岩机械气动工具标准化技术委员会”的函》及标委会成员名单,接着
The National Conference on the Standardization of Pneumatic Tools of Rock Drilling Machinery (hereinafter referred to as the “Standards Committee”) and the First Working Conference were held on January 15, 1991 in Beijing. The National Technical Supervision Bureau and the Ministry of Machinery and Electronics Industry attended the meeting. Representatives from the Department of Engineering, Agricultural Machinery, Ministry of Railways, Ministry of Aeronautics and Astronautics, Department of Geology and Mineral Resources, Ministry of Energy and major manufacturers of the industry, and 34 members of the Standardization Committee and liaison staff from 27 organizations. The establishment meeting was presided over by Sun Qingrui, Deputy Director of the Agricultural Machinery Division of the Ministry of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering. He first read the letter issued by the Technical Supervision Bureau of the State Bureau of Technical Supervision (No. 90) No. 220 “Approvals for the Establishment of a National Technical Committee for the Standardization of Aerodynamic Tools for Rock Drilling Machines” and the membership list of the standard committee.
