在安徽省政府、建设部的领导和重视下,省建设厅认真贯彻“质量兴业”方针,在坚持精心设计、精心施工的同时,切实加强对住宅工程质量的监督检查,认真重视群众投诉工作,全省工程质量稳中有升。1997年经各地、市工程质量监督站核验的住宅工程质量合格率达94.5％,优良率14.5％。近几年来,我省参建的全国住宅小区试点的合肥琥珀山庄、合肥南园新村、马鞍山
Under the leadership and attention of the Anhui Provincial Government and the Ministry of Construction, the Provincial Department of Construction conscientiously implemented the “Quality Industrial” policy. While adhering to the well-designed and meticulous construction, it effectively strengthened the supervision and inspection of the quality of residential projects and paid serious attention to the complaints of the people. The quality of the entire province has steadily increased. In 1997, the qualification rate of residential projects verified by local and municipal engineering quality supervision stations reached 94.5%, with an excellent rate of 14.5%. In recent years, the Hefei amber villa, Hefei Nanyuan New Village, and Maanshan have been the pilot projects for the construction of the national residential community in our province.
