站网优化的准则是选择站点的最优数量和位置,使其提供信息的能力最大。基于美国密苏里河流域3个子流域的水文站网在2011年10月~2012年9月获取的日均流量数据,采用信息熵理论对站点的边缘熵值及站点间信息传递量进行定量评价,并建立站网优化的目标函数对站点进行优选。结果表明,选择的站点组合提供信息的能力随站点数的增加先增加后减小,当优选出的站点组合提供信息的能力最大时其数量比原有站点数减少约20%~30%。
The principle of station network optimization is to choose the optimal number and location of stations so that they can provide the most information.
