2013年7月13日,中国社会福利基金会水基金在北京嘉里大酒店举行成立新闻发布会暨揭牌仪式,这标志着一项以水为关注点的专项基金组织正式成立。近年来,国内水污染事件层出不穷,饮用水安全,水资源保护已经成为全社会关注的问题。虽然政府部门和社会各界高度关注水的问题,也付出了巨大的努力解决水的问题,但总体形势依然严峻。除了政府的高度重视之外,社会各界以及我们每一个人都应该有所行动,所以,今日“水基金”的成立具有其深刻的社会意义。
On July 13, 2013, the China Social Welfare Foundation Water Fund held a press conference and inauguration ceremony at the Kerry Hotel in Beijing, marking the formal establishment of a special fund focused on water. In recent years, domestic water pollution incidents are endless, drinking water safety, water resources protection has become the concern of the whole society. Although government departments and various circles of society pay close attention to the issue of water and make great efforts to solve the water problem, the overall situation is still grim. Apart from the high priority attached by the government, all sectors of society and each of us should act accordingly. Therefore, the establishment of “water fund” today has its profound social significance.
