叙述了B-Ti、RE和B-Ti-RE变质处理对ZA-27合金组织和性能的影响.结果表明,几种变质剂均能显著细化晶粒,改变ZA-27合金的组织形貌及分布状态.与未变质ZA-27相比,强度相近,塑性、韧性及耐磨性有明显提高,B-Ti-RE复合变质效果最好.合金中添加一定量稀土(>0.1%)后,形成(RE、Cu)Al_4Zn_7化合物,利于耐磨性的提高,但强度、塑性及韧性降低.
The effects of the modification of B-Ti, RE and B-Ti-RE on the microstructure and properties of ZA-27 alloy are described.The results show that the microstructure of the ZA-27 alloy can be obviously refined by several modifiers And the distribution status of the alloy.Compared with the unmodified ZA-27, the strength, the plasticity, the toughness and the abrasion resistance of the ZA-27 are obviously improved, and the B-Ti-RE compound metamorphism is the best.After adding a certain amount of rare earth (> 0.1%) , Forming (RE, Cu) Al_4Zn_7 compounds, is conducive to improving the wear resistance, but the strength, ductility and toughness decreased.
