目的:观察血塞通软胶囊对家兔眼球结膜微循环障碍及血瘀大鼠血液流变学指标的影响。方法:采用耳缘静脉注射10%高分子右旋糖苷的方法造成家兔眼球结膜微循环障碍,观察血塞通软胶囊对家兔眼球结膜微循环中微血管管径、血液流态、毛细血管开放数的影响;采用冰水浴联合皮下注射盐酸肾上腺素的方法制备血瘀大鼠模型,观察血塞通软胶囊对血瘀大鼠血液流变学指标的影响。结果:血塞通软胶囊27mg/kg、13.5mg/kg、6.75mg/kg能明显增加家兔眼球结膜的血管管径,减少血管管径的变化率,抑制血管管径减小,同时能明显增加血液流速,血塞通软胶囊27mg/kg、13.5mg/kg也能显著增加毛细血管开放数P<0.05。另外,血塞通软胶囊56mg/kg、28mg/kg、14mg/kg均能明显降低血瘀证大鼠的全血粘度,减少全血高切、中切、低切的粘度值,显著减少红细胞电泳的时间。结论:血塞通软胶囊可改善微循环及血液流变学指标,其活血化瘀作用有利于视网膜中央静脉栓塞的治疗。
