结合编辑部实践,探讨了高校科技期刊设立执行编辑的必要性、作用、方法和执行编辑工作的职责,以及执行编辑的运作及效果。实践表明:切实实行执行编辑制度,不仅能提高编辑部制度化、规范化、目标化管理的水平,优化编辑人员的分工,激发其工作的主动性和创造力,增强编辑部的凝聚力,而且为期刊高质量、按时或提前出版发行,以及期刊质量和影响力的持续稳步提高提供有效的制度保障。
Combined with the practice of the editorial department, this paper discusses the necessity, role, method and responsibility of editorial work of editing and editing of sci-tech periodicals in colleges and universities as well as the operation and effect of editing. Practice shows that implementing the editorial system practically can not only improve the institutionalization, standardization and target management of the editorial department, but also optimize the division of labor among editors, motivate the initiative and creativity of their work, and enhance the cohesion of the editorial department, High quality, timely or early publication and publication, as well as the continuous and steady improvement of quality and influence of journals.
