目的:对辽宁省五味子样品中无机元素含量进行分析,为五味子的栽培管理及质量评价提供参考。方法:采用ICP-MS电感耦合等离子体质谱仪测定,SPSS 14.0进行数据统计分析。结果:辽宁省14份五味子样品中5种重金属元素,铜、砷、镉、汞、铅含量及5种元素总含量均未超标;系统聚类分析表明,丹东地区栽培种五味子果实无机元素含量与与野生种较为相似;元素相关性分析表明,五味子果实中多种元素之间显著相关(P<0.05)。结论:该实验结果对辽宁省五味子地域性生态分布、质量评价等有重要的参考价值。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze the content of inorganic elements in Schisandra sphenanthera in Liaoning Province, and provide a reference for the cultivation management and quality evaluation of Schisandra chinensis. Methods: ICP-MS ICP-MS and SPSS 14.0 were used for statistical analysis. Results: The contents of five heavy metal elements, copper, arsenic, cadmium, mercury and lead in 14 samples of Schisandra sphenanthera in Liaoning Province were not over-standard. The results of cluster analysis showed that the contents of inorganic elements in the fruit of Schisandra chinensis The results of elemental correlation analysis showed that there was a significant correlation between various elements in Schisandra chinensis fruit (P <0.05). Conclusion: The results of this experiment have important reference value for the regional ecological distribution and quality evaluation of Schisandra chinensis in Liaoning Province.
