良好的师生关系是课堂教学及一切教育教学活动正常有效开展的重要前提。随着新课程的实施和教育形势的发展,一些不和谐的校园暴力事件屡屡发生,虽然不是普遍现象,但这也使得正常的师生关系正面临严峻挑战。新形势下,如何建立和谐民主的师生关系,影响和制约着我们教育教学质量的提高,需要引起教育同仁的共同关注。
A good teacher-student relationship is an important prerequisite for normal and effective classroom teaching and all education and teaching activities. With the implementation of the new curriculum and the development of the educational situation, some discordant campus violence frequently occurs. Although this is not a common phenomenon, it also poses a serious challenge to the normal relationship between teachers and students. Under the new situation, how to establish a harmonious and democratic relationship between teachers and students, affecting and restricting the improvement of our education and teaching quality, we should arouse the common concern of colleagues in education.
