研究了Si-Mn-Mo系低碳贝氏体钢的冲蚀行为、抗冲蚀能力及其影响因素。高温回火与低温回火试样表现出不同的冲蚀行为。高温回大有助于提高抗冲蚀能力。粒状贝氏体钢的抗冲蚀能力优于调质45钢,适用于制造火电厂风扇后煤机冲击板等耐磨件。
The erosion behavior, erosion resistance and influence factors of Si-Mn-Mo low carbon bainitic steel were studied. High temperature tempering and low temperature tempering samples showed different erosion behavior. Back to big heat will help improve the erosion resistance. Abrasion resistance of granular bainitic steels is better than that of quenched and tempered 45 steels, which is suitable for the wear-resistant parts of coal machine impact plates after the thermal power plant fan.
