尖牙为单根牙,双根牙罕见。笔者发现1例下颌尖牙双根,报道如下: 患者;张××,男,36岁,工人,要求拔除左下颌尖牙。 检查:松动Ⅱ度,牙龈轻度萎缩,牙周袋深约4 mm,无龋坏,叩(+),探(-),其它牙体正常。局麻下完整技除,拔牙时感到较牢固,不能旋转,唇舌向摆动,缓慢拔除后见牙尖Ⅱ度磨损,在根1/2处分叉为唇舌两根,呈圆柱状,牙根全长12 mm,两根根尖稍弯曲,两根大小基本相同,唇侧根略长6 mm,舌侧根略短5 mm,分叉夹角约40°(图略)。
