我们云南边疆民族地区的一个共性特征,是资源丰富而经济和社会发展远远落后于内地发达地区,就其原因是资源开发程度低、能力弱、经济效益差。因此,在当今全面建设小康社会的新的历史条件下,加快推进边疆民族地区建设小康社会步伐,必须大力开发资源,把资源优势转化为产业优势和经济优势。本文结合河口热区开发的实际,做一些粗落的再思考。
One of the common features of our ethnic border areas in Yunnan is the abundance of resources and lagging behind the economic and social development in the developed areas of the Mainland. The reason for this is the low level of resource development, weak capacity and poor economic returns. Therefore, under the new historical conditions for building an overall well-to-do society in today’s society and accelerating the pace of building a moderately prosperous society in the frontier and minority regions, we must vigorously develop resources and turn resource advantages into industrial and economic advantages. This article combined with the actual development of Hekou hot zone, to do some rough rethinking.
