Journal of Economic Management is hosted by the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences and hosted by the Institute of Industrial Economics of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences. Economic Management magazine was founded in January 1979 by famous scholars such as Xu Dixin, Ma Hong and Jiang Yiwei. At that time, there were 9 units jointly run by the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, the former State Development Planning Commission and the former State Construction Commission. With the care and support of all parties, including academic leaders and senior leaders, it has become a state-level, state-of-the-art publication that has a wide-ranging impact in the economic and management magazines with a large circulation both at home and abroad after years of hard work by scholars.
