一粤剧是一个生命体粤剧到底有多少年历史,众说纷纭。如果从笼统的“广东大戏”算起,则已逾五百载沧桑。然而粤剧表演从官话转为白话,与本土艺术、文化相结合,形成真正的地方戏剧,不过近百年的事情。粤剧吸纳了多元的音乐、戏剧元素,将梆子、二簧声腔与粤方言音韵完美结合,成为中国南北戏曲艺术的集大成者。这数百年里,粤剧定型、成熟、繁荣、衰退,起起落落。佛家言生、住、异、灭,唐诗有初、盛、中、晚,粤剧就是一个艺术生命体,也大致走过奠基、成熟、分化、衰落的生命轨迹。
