各位代表、各位同志:我这次来兰州后,欣逢甘肃省第一届第二次各界人民代表会议暨甘肃省第二届农民代表会议的开幕,有机会参加这个大会,感觉异常愉快,特向大会致热烈祝贺之忱!我们甘肃人民的胜利,第一步是推翻了蒋马匪帮的反动统治,把全省各族人民从水深火热中拯救出来,从多年来受压迫受剥削的黑暗制度下解放出来,这是一次最大的最基本的变革。没有这第一步大胜利,什么都谈不上。但是这个胜利,只是给我们解决了一个主要问题,而不是解决了一切主要问题。这只是给我们开辟了胜利前进的大道,但还没有远到最后的胜利。最后胜利还要靠我们继续前进,继续奋斗,今天我们是为建设新民主主义社会而奋斗,将来我们还要为社会主义社会以至共产主义社会的实现而奋斗。我们的革命目的是远大的,我们的革命事业是艰巨的,毛主席曾告诉过我们,夺取全国的胜
Dear Delegates, Comrades, After I came to Lanzhou this time, I was pleased to meet the first session of the Second People’s Representative Meeting of Gansu Province and the Second Peasant Representative Meeting of Gansu Province.
