本文研究了矿渣水泥及有关原料对大鼠肺脏致纤维化和体外肺巨噬细胞存活率的影响。实验分矿渣水泥、生料、熟料、铁粉、矿渣、石英和空白对照等七组。各组大鼠经气管注入50mg/只,染尘后1、3、6、12月分批剖检,测定全肺湿重、干重、胶原蛋白含量和肺、肺门淋巴结病理检查。结果表明:生料和熟料引起轻度肺间质增厚,有网状纤维增生,矿渣水泥和铁粉引起肺间质内少量胶原纤维增生,矿渣引起较明显肺胶原纤维增生。
In this paper, the effects of slag cement and related raw materials on the fibrosis induced by lungs and the survival rate of pulmonary macrophages in vitro were studied. Experiment divided slag cement, raw materials, clinker, iron, slag, quartz and blank control seven groups. The rats in each group were injected with 50mg per trachea and were divided into three groups at one, three, six and twelve months after dying. The wet weight, dry weight, collagen content, pulmonary and hilar lymph nodes were examined. The results showed that raw materials and clinker caused mild pulmonary interstitial thickening, with reticular fibrosis, slag cement and iron powder caused a small amount of interstitial collagen fibers proliferation, slag caused more obvious lung collagen fibrosis.
