创业者和投资人在根本利益上是一致的,但即使双方都明白这层关系,在整体经济状况不容乐观或是遇到超乎意料的困难时,企业往往难以兑现当时的承诺和协议,投资人和创业者之间出现矛盾甚至关系破裂也在所难免
Entrepreneurs and investors are basically in the same interest. However, even if both parties understand this relationship, it is often difficult for enterprises to meet their promises and agreements when the overall economic situation is not optimistic or unexpected. Investment Conflicts between people and entrepreneurs and even the breakdown of relations are inevitable
