为了更好地发挥军事经济研究中心的作用,更加有组织、有计划地开展军事经济理论研究,根据形势的发展和研究中心的任务,特提出今后五年的工作意见。今后五年工作的指导思想是:以邓小平建设有中国特色的社会主义理论和军委新时期军事战略方针为指导,瞄准“两场”的发展和需要,紧密结合我国军事经济改革的实践,发挥军事经济研究中心的群体力量。加强军事经济理论研究和对策研究,把军事经济理论研究提高到一个新水平,为促进我国军事经济建设眼务。
In order to give full play to the role of the military economic research center and conduct a more organized and systematic study on the theory of military economy, we propose the work opinions for the next five years based on the development of the situation and the tasks of the research center. The guiding ideology for the next five years of work is to follow Deng Xiaoping's theory of building socialism with Chinese characteristics and the military strategic guideline of the CMC in the new era and aim at the development and needs of the “two fields,” combine closely with the practice of military economic reform in our country, Economic power of group research center. We should intensify the study of military economic theories and countermeasures, raise the study of military economic theories to a new level and promote the development of our military economy.
