总体布局上将陈列馆与纪念馆轴线重合以纳入环境总体秩序;同时将古建筑抬高到二层,由大台阶拾级而上,这样不仅增强了西花厅建筑的纪念气氛,也使得原有建筑群轴线空间序列得以发展升华。最终在总体布局中将新老建筑处理得浑然一体。 陈列馆的功能布局与流线组织结合紧密,并且通过建筑上精心处理来引导游客。首先游人经由桥面大台阶至二层参观西花厅建筑及里面的陈列;然后经由东西两厢房内的台阶下
