自今年7月1日起,京籍人员的非本地户籍的配偶、不满16周岁的子女,非京籍在京就业就学人员配偶、不满16周岁的子女,以及非京籍60周岁以上老人,均可在京办理护照。新规非户籍地居民可就近办护照根据公安部部署,自今年7月1日起,非户籍地居民可就近办理出入境证件。符合条件的人员可持法律、法规规定的申请材料以及相关证明材料,向有关地方公安机关出入境管理机构提交普通护照、往来台湾通行证及签注的申请。
As of July 1, this year, spouses of non-local permanent residents of Beijing area, children under the age of 16, non-Beijing residents with school attendance at school, children under the age of 16, and non-Beijing aged 60 and over may apply Passport in Beijing. According to the Ministry of Public Security’s deployment, residents of non-permanent residents may apply for entry and exit certificates nearby since July 1 this year.
