课堂是完成学科教学任务的主要阵地。质量形成于教学过程之中,只有过程的优化,才能保证大面积教学质量的提高。本市《科学常规》针对语文课堂教学中阻碍质量提高的通病,明确提出:在课堂教学中,要进一步克服只重知识讲授、忽视学科德育,只重教师讲解、忽视学生操练,只重教法设计、忽视学法指导等弊病。为何落实这些要求,我们的措施是:
