本文以容器为动系,将包装件简化为线性系统,以质点运动微分方程为基础,分析包装件落地后包装产品位移、速度和加速度的变化规律以及弹跳过程。研究表明,包装件跌落试验属于碰撞问题。小阻尼包装件落地后要经历若干次冲击-弹跳,才能达成平衡;大阻尼包装件落地后经历一次冲击试验就告结束。ξ≤0.5时,阻尼有缓冲作用;ξ>0.5时,阻尼只会加剧商品的冲击。
In this paper, the container is taken as a dynamic system and the package is simplified as a linear system. Based on the particle differential equation of movement, the variation of the product displacement, velocity and acceleration and the bounce process are analyzed. Research shows that the package drop test is a collision problem. Small damping package landing to experience several shocks - bounce, in order to achieve balance; large damping package after landing an impact test will come to an end. ξ ≤ 0.5, the damping has a damping effect; ξ> 0.5, the damping will only aggravate the impact of goods.
