故障现象一辆星凯龙HFX6900QG城市客车(采用CA6102N2型天然气发动机、QJ505变速器),在行驶不到8000km时因变速器出现异响而到笔者公司维修。故障诊断承修该车后拆下变速器检查,发现离合器从动盘传动毂损坏,离合器分离套管偏上部磨损严重,变速器一轴轴承损坏,一轴内轴承孔有大量麻点,二轴前轴承损坏,二轴轴径前部磨损严重。因该车尚在“三包”期内,等变速器厂家发来配件,将损坏的部件更换后,上述故障现象消失,于是该车继续投入了营运。该车投入营运后仅行驶了20多天(行程约为4000km),该车又因变速器异响来笔者公司维修,再次将变速器拆
