Chapter I General Provisions Article 1 These Measures are formulated in accordance with the Provisional Measures for the Administration of Engineering Consultation Industry in order to ensure that engineering consulting units operate their businesses according to their qualifications according to law, improve the quality of engineering consultancy and promote the healthy development of engineering consultancy.
