春季是我省的干旱季节。云南高原的春天,主要受印度洋西南季候风的影响,晴空娇阳,万里无云,很少降水。特别是滇中地区,春旱相当突出。以昆明地区1981年气象因素为例,2—4月份,降水量共为48.2毫米,月平均降水量约为16毫米。这时盛行西南风,从2级到4级。真是风高物燥。日照时数长,2—4月份共计日照时数为746小时。由于降水少,日照长,带来蒸发强度大。2—4月份蒸发量共计555.3毫米,月平均蒸发量为185.1毫米。蒸发量比同期降水量
