采煤机截齿钎焊水溶性铜钎剂的性能研究

以42CrMo钢为采煤机截齿齿体、YG15硬质合金为截齿齿头,HL105铜焊片为钎料,通过采用自制水溶性铜钎焊焊剂,对截齿进行感应钎焊。通过研究截齿钎焊后钎缝显微组织和力学性能,发现使用自制钎剂钎焊的截齿焊缝,其抗弯强度达到了优等水平。且钎剂与水的比例为4:6时,钎缝质量要优于用脱水硼砂和稀释比为5:5的铜钎剂的钎缝。采用研制的水溶性铜钎剂钎焊的截齿,寿命比普通国产截齿有较大提高,具有广阔的市场前景。 Take 42CrMo steel as shearer pick tooth body, YG15 cemented carbide cutter head, HL105 brazing filler metal, through the use of self-made water-soluble copper brazing flux, induction pick brazing. By studying the microstructure and mechanical properties of brazing seam after brazing, it is found that the flexural strength of brazed joint with self-made brazing flux has reached a superior level. When the ratio of flux to water is 4: 6, the brazing seam quality is better than the brazing seam with dehydrated borax and copper flux with a dilution ratio of 5: 5. Using developed water-soluble copper brazing brazing picks, life-span than the average domestic pick has a greater increase, with broad market prospects.
