针对具有多股进料及中间出料的复杂精馏塔,本文提出了一种新颖的简化建模方法。通过对精馏塔合理分段以及运用多项式正交配置对每一塔段进行简化,可使得精馏塔数学模型的维数显著降低,既合理地解决了由进料及中间出料引起的变量分布不连续问题,又有效地克服了全局正交配置方法的缺陷。通过对某一四元物系的丙烯腈萃取精馏塔的计算机仿真,证明了本文所给方法的优越性。
For a complex distillation column with multi-feed and intermediate discharge, this paper presents a novel simplified modeling method. By rational distillation of the distillation column and the use of polynomial orthogonal configuration of each tower section simplification, can make the mathematical model of the distillation column significantly reduce the dimension, not only reasonably resolved by the feed and the middle of the material caused by the variable Discontinuous distribution, but also effectively overcome the shortcomings of the global orthogonal configuration method. Through the computer simulation of a four-component acrylonitrile extractive distillation column, the superiority of the method given in this paper is proved.
