本文对“一带一路”战略背景下,新疆各地州的商务发展现状和外贸企业岗位需求进行详尽分析。结果表明,新疆迎来了对外贸易发展的机遇,而商务英语人才紧缺已成为制约新疆贸易发展的瓶颈。新疆地方高校应结合区域实际,通过灵活设置商务课程、创新商务英语教学模式和校企联合培养等方式来给新疆外贸企业输送既有扎实语言功底,又精通国际商务知识的复合型、应用型人才。
This article makes a detailed analysis of the current business development in Xinjiang and the needs of foreign trade enterprises under the strategic framework of “Belt and Road”. The results show that Xinjiang welcomes the opportunities for the development of foreign trade and the shortage of business English talents has become the bottleneck restricting the development of trade in Xinjiang. Local colleges and universities in Xinjiang should combine the regional reality with flexible setting of business courses, innovative business English teaching mode and school-enterprise co-cultivation to bring Xinjiang foreign trade enterprises complex and applied talents with both solid language skills and international business knowledge .
