我省1958年档案工作的主要任务是:进一步巩固文书处理部门立卷制度,全面完成开国以来的积存档案和旧政权档案的整理任务;指导省级机关档案室全面开展档案资料的利用工作。专、县机关必须做到边整理边利用;建立省国家档案馆筹备处,并相应地健全档案机构,继续培训干部,交流工作经验,使国家机关档案工作走向正轨,使档案资料为机关工作和科学研究工作服务。具体计划如下:
The main tasks of the 1958 archives work in our province are: to further consolidate the legislation system of the department of literary processing, fully complete the task of arranging archives and archives of old regimes since the founding of the People’s Republic of China, and directing archives offices of provincial departments to fully utilize the use of archival materials. The prefectural and county agencies must make use of the materials while arranging them; establish the preparatory office of the State Archives of the province, improve the archives institutions accordingly, continue to train the cadres and exchange work experience so that the archives of the state organs can be put on track, Scientific research service.
