[本课要点] 改革开放以来,我国非公有制企业不断发展壮大,非公有制企业中党的建设工作不断加强。但与其他行业相比,在非公有制企业中从业的党员情况相对特殊,如何保持先进性,仍是一个需要探索的课题。当前应着重引导广大党员从四个方面做起:一是牢记党员身份,增强党性锻炼;二是自觉解放思想,破除“雇佣”观念;三是依靠党的组织,维护各方权益;四是增强责任意识,发挥先锋模范作用。同时,还应对业主党员如何保持先进性提出更具针对性的要求。
[Key points of this lesson] Since the reform and opening up, the non-public-owned enterprises in our country have continuously developed and expanded, and the party building in non-public-owned enterprises has been continuously strengthened. However, compared with other industries, the membership of non-public-owned enterprises is relatively special. How to maintain the advanced nature is still an issue that needs to be explored. The current emphasis should be placed on guiding the majority of party members to start with four aspects: first, keeping the identity of party members in mind and enhancing their party spirit; second, consciously emancipating their minds and breaking away from the concept of “employment”; third, relying on party organizations to safeguard the rights and interests of all parties; It is to enhance the sense of responsibility and play a vanguard and exemplary role. At the same time, we should also make more specific requirements on how to maintain the advanced nature of the party members.
