研究了RA对SACIIB2克隆细胞的促分化作用。结果表明,受RA处理后,SAC-IIB2克隆细胞形态的改变及生长抑制不因培养液中去除RA而立即消失,瘤细胞酸性非特异性酯酶(ANAE)染色阳性率明显升高,细胞内嘌呤核苷磷酸化酶(PNP)活性明显升高,而腺苷脱氨酶(ADA)活性明显降低,末端脱氧核苷酰转移酶(TdT)的表达有所减弱,而RA处理前后瘤细胞乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)同工酶谱型无明显改变,提示RA对SACIIB2克隆细胞有一定程度的诱导分化作用。对RA处理前后SACIIB2,细胞3-fos基因表达情况也作了初步观察和分析。
The promoting effect of RA on SACIIB2 clone cells was studied.
