目的:探讨PDCA循环法在放射科护理安全管理中的应用。方法:台州医院放射科自2016年2月起采用PDCA循环法进行护理安全管理,分别选取实施前、后患者704例和719例作为对照组和观察组,并使其有可比性。对两组患者不良事件发生情况、候检时间及护理满意度进行评价和统计。结果:观察组患者造影检查渗漏、碘过敏反应、误检退检、患者投诉、发生争执等不良事件的发生率均明显低于对照组;观察组候检时间明显短于对照组;观察组患者对护理非常满意率及满意率均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:PDCA循环法应用于放射科护理安全管理可以有效提高管理水平,减少护理不良事件发生,缩短患者候检时间,提高患者护理满意度,是一种科学的护理管理模式。
Objective: To explore the application of PDCA circulation method in the safety management of radiological nursing. Methods: The Department of Radiology of Taizhou Hospital started the nursing safety management with PDCA circulation method since February 2016. 704 patients and 719 patients before and after the operation were selected as the control group and observation group, respectively, and made comparable. Two groups of patients with adverse events, waiting time and nursing satisfaction evaluation and statistics. Results: The incidence of adverse events such as leakage of leucorrhea, iodine allergy reaction, false positives, patient complaints and disputes in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group. The waiting time in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group. The observation group Patients were very satisfied with the rate of care and satisfaction were significantly higher than the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: The PDCA method is a scientific nursing management mode that can be applied to the safety management of radiological nursing. It can effectively improve the management level, reduce the occurrence of nursing adverse events, shorten the waiting time of patients and improve patient satisfaction.
