挥者和实践者,最清楚职工在生产施工过程中的各种思想和意图,能较好地把握思想政治工作与经济工作的结合点。所以企业党组织应充分发挥行政人员多,覆盖面广的特点,配合政工干部,把企业思想政治工作搞好。同时,思想政治工作既要有主体,又要有客体,离开了广大职工群众的积极参与,思想政治工作就失去对象,流于形式,成为空洞的说教。只有党政工团和广大职工群众共同参与,形成整体合力,才能将思想政治工作推向一个新的高度。 三、说服力。即思想政治工作要入情入理,感人肺腑。因此,“一靠真理的力量,二靠人格的力量。”也就是说,思想政治工作者尤其是领导干部既要具备较高的政治理论素质,还要具备高尚的道德品质,要有热心、诚心、耐心、恒心和甘于清贫,乐于奉献的精神。既言传,又身教,使人心悦诚服。
