黑龙江省位于我国的东北边陲,有着得天独厚的冰雪旅游发展条件。本文借助SWOT分析方法,来对黑龙江省冰雪旅游今后的发展对策进行了初步的分析与研究。黑龙江有着极为丰富的冰雪旅游资源,如何将这种优势转化为冰雪旅游的经济效益,需要在科学理论的指导下,进行理性的规划与统筹。本文尝试从黑龙江省冰雪旅游的发展现状出发,对其今后的冰雪旅游提升对策进行探讨。在对其发展现状进行分析的基础上,主要从打造冰雪旅游产业集群优势,拓宽融资渠道,加强冰雪旅游基础设施建设,提高冰雪旅游产品特色,完善服务体系,提高服务质量,加强营销信息化建设及管理,加强冰雪旅游的国际合作等方面提出了黑龙江冰雪旅游今后的发展建议。
Heilongjiang Province is located in the northeast border of China, has a unique conditions for the development of ice tourism. In this paper, SWOT analysis method to analyze the future development of ice and snow tourism in Heilongjiang Province, the initial analysis and research. Based on the analysis of its development status, the paper focuses on building the advantages of ice tourism industry cluster, broadening financing channels, strengthening the construction of ice tourism infrastructure, improving the characteristics of ice tourism products, improving the service system, improving the service quality, and strengthening the marketing information construction And management, strengthening of international cooperation in ice tourism and other aspects of the future development of ice and snow tourism in Heilongjiang proposed.
