公共英语是我国高等院校所开设的一门基础性必修课程,它不仅对大学生的校园生活以及踏入社会后的生活都有着十分重要的作用,而且对大学生学业完成、培养综合素质以及参与社会交流合作等方面都占据着十分重要的地位。随着时代的不断进步和信息技术的日益更新,高校的外语教学也面临着改革的需求,在这样的背景之下,高校公共英语课堂教学方式必须要与时俱进,有效促进学生的全面发展。
Public English is a basic compulsory course offered by higher education institutions in our country. It not only plays an important role in college students ’life on campus and in society, but also plays an important role in college students’ completion of their studies, cultivation of comprehensive qualities and participation in society Exchange and cooperation all occupy a very important position. With the continuous improvement of the times and the renewal of the information technology, the foreign language teaching in colleges and universities is also facing the demand of reform. Against this background, the teaching methods of the public English classrooms in colleges and universities must keep pace with the times and effectively promote the overall development of the students .
