在人体解剖生理学教到“神经系统的卫生”时,学生对于“梦的形成”,总是搞不大清楚。原因是(1)梦既然是反映过去,而过去的事情很多,为什么在一夜之间,偏偏只做某一个梦或某几个梦呢?(2)梦既然是由于大脑皮层里还有某些部分保持兴奋状态,那末为什么会梦见一些杂乱无章的奇怪现象呢? 学生普遍存在这些疑问,是不足为奇的,因为教师在讲解时,只抽象地讲了一些关于梦的形成,而没有把梦形成的原理和具体梦的实际很好地结合起来的缘故。作者根据几年的教学体会,耍解决这个问题并
