当前乡镇中学绝大多数学生的英语基础薄弱,导致学生对英语学习缺乏浓厚的学习兴趣和学习动力;教师教学模式陈旧落后、教学方法单一、教学手段落后。从激发学生英语学习兴趣、改变英语教学方式、教给学生学习方法、培养学生的自学能力、有效利用多媒体教学手段、开展形式多样的课外活动等方面提高乡镇中学英语教学质量。
At present, the vast majority of students in township middle schools have a weak English foundation, resulting in a lack of strong interest in learning and motivation for students in learning English. Teachers’ teaching models are outdated, with a single teaching method and backward teaching methods. Improve the English teaching quality of township middle schools from stimulating students ’interest in English learning, changing teaching methods of English, teaching students learning methods, cultivating students’ self-learning ability, making effective use of multimedia teaching methods and carrying out diversified extracurricular activities.
