当前,我国农业市场化进程大大加快,农民的经营自主权和综合生产能力大为提高,农产品供给从短缺转为充裕,农副产品从卖方市场转为买方市场。但是,农业、农村又面临着不少新的矛盾和问题。农民在发展市场农业的进程中面临着四大风险: 1、市场风险近年来农产品供大于求趋势更加明显,市场竞争越来越激烈,农民首先碰到的是“卖难”问题。农民自身开拓市场能力尚有局限性,由于把握不了千变万化的大市场,以致于频频出现“苹果挂在枝头,蔬菜烂在田里、生猪存在栏里”的现象,导致增产不增收。
At present, the process of marketization of agriculture in our country has been greatly accelerated. The peasants’ operating autonomy and comprehensive productivity have greatly increased. The supply of agricultural products has been turned from shortage to abundant. The agricultural and sideline products have been transformed from the seller’s market to the buyer’s market. However, agriculture and rural areas are facing many new contradictions and problems. Farmers face four major risks in the process of developing market agriculture: 1. Market risk In recent years, the trend of oversupply of agricultural products has become more pronounced and the market competition has become more and more intense. Farmers first encountered the problem of “selling hard.” Farmers own ability to open up the market there are limitations, unable to grasp the ever-changing large market, resulting in frequent “apple hanging in the branches, vegetables rotten in the fields, pigs exist in the bar” phenomenon, resulting in increased production without increasing income.
