为了培养适合企业发展需要的高等技术应用性纺织专业人才,现代纺织技术专业积极探索“校企合作、工学交替”的教育人才培养模式。课程体系方面,以就业岗位为导向,基于工作过程,构建了新的课程体系,并确定了现代纺织技术专业核心课程;同时又在课程建设的改革方面做了探讨,提出了“以学生为主体”的灵活的教学方法;师资队伍、实训基地的建设是专业改革建设的保障,因此需进一步加强双师队伍的建设并进一步完善实训基地。
In order to cultivate the high-tech applied textile professionals that suit the needs of enterprise development, modern textile technology professionals actively explore the educational personnel training mode of “cooperation between schools and enterprises, alternation of work and study”. In the aspect of curriculum system, taking employment as guidance, based on work process, a new curriculum system was constructed and the core courses of modern textile technology specialty were determined. At the same time, some discussions were made on the reform of curriculum construction. Main "flexible teaching methods; teachers, training base construction is a professional reform and construction of the protection, it is necessary to further strengthen the construction of double division team and further improve the training base.
