1955年入伍的在陆軍中服役的义务兵,将要在1958年退伍,并将在1月間开始遣送。历年來部队上留下来的志愿兵和一部分現役軍官,也要在1958年复員。根据从那里来还回到那里去的原則,他們中絕大部分人在退伍、复員后,都将要回到农村,参加农业生产。家居城市的也将要参加其他劳动生产或农业生产。做好对他們的接收、安置工作,是全省各級党政領导机关和全省人民一項光荣的政治任务,也是加强农业生产战线的一項重要措施。
